Agata Sawicka

I lead healthcare data initiatives at Healthcare Poland Foundation, serving as Poland’s national coordinator in the HeliX Horizon Europe project. I navigate GDPR, EHDS, Polish data sovereignty, and institutional agreements while supporting federated AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, trust frameworks, and health data interoperability.

As Director of Secretariat for SRKOZ at the Polish Hospital Federation, I coordinate Council operations, expert contracts, reporting, working groups, and cross-institutional agreements. I also lead strategic communications and end-to-end delivery of the Youth Health Summit.

Alongside healthcare operations, I co-founded Life on Wheelz, Poland’s leading disability-focused social media project. Through creative direction, accessible storytelling, and AI-enabled content workflows, I helped build an audience of more than 320,000 followers and reach 4–5 million people monthly.

I bring hands-on disability support and accessible healthcare communication experience, including AAC training for medical personnel. I’m driven by practical problem-solving, meaningful collaboration, and solutions that make healthcare systems more inclusive and effective.
