What I'm looking for

I seek a senior EDI role where I can design and embed inclusive strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior leaders, and drive measurable cultural change.

I am a CIPD-accredited Diversity & Inclusion specialist with deep experience designing and delivering EDI strategies, training, staff associations, and governance across complex organisations.

I have led workplace inclusion programmes for policing and sport — creating mentoring schemes, bespoke training, the first organisational inclusion calendar, employee resource groups, KPIs and dashboards, and delivering data-led reporting and recommendations to senior leaders.

I combine operational frontline experience as a former police officer with proven stakeholder influence, budget management, and subject-matter expertise to embed sustainable, compliant, and measurable inclusion practice.
