What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my operational policing, training delivery, coaching, and workforce development experience in a role focused on building capability, maintaining professional standards, and supporting staff performance.

I've supported operational policing teams at Bailiwick Law Enforcement and West Yorkshire Police, supervising officers, mentoring probationers, reviewing investigations, and strengthening professional standards. My work includes intelligence-led investigations, sensitive case management, and high-accountability operational activity.

With over 15 years in UK policing and a Level 3 Award in Education and Teaching, I design and deliver practical training, assess workplace competence, and create development plans that build confidence and performance. I'm also a qualified Personal Protection and Safety Training instructor focused on compliant, effective learning in high-risk environments.
