I’m looking for a People & Culture role where I can scale human-centric frameworks, strengthen DEI and employee engagement, and use data to align culture with operational goals—especially in complex, multicultural environments.

I’m a Strategic People & Culture Leader with over 15 years of experience across complex, international, and multicultural environments. I align operational strategy with human-centric leadership to strengthen organisational culture, DEI, and staff engagement, supported by an MA in Psychology and an MA in Intercultural Business Communication.

In my current role as Field Operations Manager, I lead engagement and operational strategy for 700+ dispersed staff across multiple national accounts, fostering an inclusive culture aligned to corporate DEI values. Previously, as a Resource Manager, I managed workforce planning, recruitment, and employee relations for national programmes—implementing performance management frameworks, serving as a key point of contact for grievances, and using data analysis to guide talent development and engagement. Across my background—from deputy management through event and campaign leadership—I’ve built high-performing, multicultural teams through inclusive hiring, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder engagement.
