I am a global talent acquisition professional with significant experience in in-house talent acquisition, RPO, and agency settings. My key strengths include early careers, technical and G&A hiring, stakeholder relationship management, recruitment process design, and people and culture development. I have a proven track record in DEI initiative development, analysis and reporting, training and continuous improvement, behavioral interviewing, and quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
During my time at Cloudreach, I designed and delivered the complete recruitment lifecycle for the Cloudreach Talent Academy early careers programs in the US, India, and Germany. I also served as a Talent Acquisition SME for Cloudreach's participation in the Greater London Authority WIN Design Lab, where I designed solutions to address the under-representation of young black men in the technology sector. Additionally, I worked on the integration project with parent company Eviden, focusing on the People change workstream alongside the Head of People Operations and Chief Operating Officer.
At Guidant Global, I implemented new recruitment processes within the Scottish Widows account and successfully converted temporary agency employees to permanent contracts. I also played a key role in the rollout of a new recruitment system and collaborated with HR to develop a new hybrid interview script. In my role as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner, I delivered full lifecycle recruitment activity for Diligenta, a life and pensions platform provider.
