Built an internal AI-assisted support platform with OpenHands to ingest, classify and route tickets, saving about 4 hours per support engineer daily. Led development of a feature analyzing app store reviews for sentiment and product issues, and built embedded QuickSight reports and data tables.

Built Node.js and TypeScript services and NestJS REST APIs for geospatial mapping and stockpile-inventory workflows. Developed Amazon SQS consumers for geotagging drone imagery and designed event-driven processing across AWS services.

Developed Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Docker-based web solutions, including an internal tool for managing engagement transitions.

Built TypeScript services with RabbitMQ and designed gRPC communication for a fleet-management platform. Wrote Python load and stress tests for RabbitMQ RPC traffic and optimized MySQL queries, moving selected API reads from DynamoDB to MySQL.

Built Laravel backend APIs for a workforce-management platform and its Ionic mobile and Angular web clients. Built offline-first mobile workflows that synchronized with Firebase and contributed to field tracking and facial-recognition clock-in features.
