I'm a backend-focused engineer building AI-enabled web applications, with full-stack range across React/Next.js and Python/Node backends. I like taking ownership of features end-to-end, mentoring teammates along the way, and working in collaborative, growth-oriented teams.

I'm a backend-focused engineer with 6+ years building full-stack web applications, AI-enabled products, and production systems from the ground up. My core depth is Python (Django, FastAPI) and PostgreSQL/Redis, paired with 4+ years of parallel frontend experience in React and Next.js, so I can own a feature from database schema to shipped UI without waiting on someone else to unblock the other half of the stack.

I've led architecture on an AI messaging platform integrating multi-provider LLM orchestration (Claude, OpenAI), built real-time systems using WebSockets and message queues, and currently lead technical direction and code review for a team of five backend engineers. I've also built and shipped full-stack products solo, including a voting platform that ran unattended in production for three years with zero downtime, and an education platform serving 2,000+ students.
