What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product role where I can own roadmaps and ship Shopify SaaS features end to end, pairing my backend understanding with AI-enabled process improvements to deliver clear customer value.

I’m an Associate Product Manager with experience building and improving Shopify SaaS products from idea to launch. I enjoy solving customer problems and translating business needs into clear requirements engineers can deliver.

At FinalApps, I managed multiple Shopify apps across their product lifecycle—planning new features, improving usability, and monitoring performance based on customer feedback. I planned roadmaps using customer feedback, business goals, market research, and competitor analysis, and prioritized work by balancing customer value, impact, technical effort, and recurring requests.

I also strengthened delivery and release quality by introducing a staging environment and structured QA before production releases, plus better release planning and sprint communication. I built an AI-powered support assistant using n8n, ChatGPT, and Gemini, and created Custom GPTs to generate support replies, Shopify App Store content, help articles, and internal documentation.

Before product management, I worked as a Backend Developer at OSPERB Innovations, building REST APIs and backend systems with Python, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery. This technical foundation helps me collaborate smoothly with engineering and understand the tradeoffs behind product decisions.
