I am an IT operations specialist with a BCA and practical experience applying Python, web development, and prompt engineering to deliver reliable technical solutions and operational improvements. I pair technical fluency with hands-on operations management from roles in hospitality and freelance content production.

At De Ayryz Resort I oversaw daily operations, coordinated staff, implemented process optimizations, and supported HR and payroll processes, contributing to service quality and profitability. I also developed a turf booking web application using Python, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML and Java to create a user-friendly booking experience.
