What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Business Operations role where I can combine technical fluency, AI-assisted workflows, and cross-functional leadership to deliver results.

I started my career as a front-end developer at Tata Consultancy Services and Cybage, building responsive, client-facing web applications with HTML5, CSS3, and AngularJS, and working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into UI improvements. After that, I moved into a series of roles — running an independent creative services business, managing studio operations, leading a film production art department, and most recently serving as Head of Operations at TR!BE — where I was repeatedly trusted to step into unfamiliar, fast-moving environments, build structure where little existed, and deliver under pressure. Across all of these roles, the common thread has been the same: understanding what a stakeholder needs, translating it into an executable plan, and following through until it is done.

What I bring to any role is not a conventional, linear path, but a genuinely broad and tested skill set: hands-on technical grounding in front-end development, real project and vendor management experience at meaningful scale, and the adaptability that comes from succeeding in industries as different as software, film production, and live events. I also make consistent use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity to work faster and more accurately, which I see as increasingly essential in both technical and operational roles.
