What I'm looking for

I seek a bilingual QA or trust & safety role that leverages Japanese language skills, values mental-health-aware culture, offers coaching and development opportunities, and lets me drive policy-compliant quality improvements.

I am a bilingual Japanese-English quality assurance and trust & safety analyst with a coaching background, focused on accuracy, policy compliance and improving team performance.

In my current role I assess analyst quality, meet volume and quality targets, identify root causes and recommend solutions, deliver individual and group feedback, and conduct policy updates to improve market quality.

Previously I analyzed and reviewed user profiles, videos and text content, investigated and resolved issues according to client policies, served as Point of Contact for the Japanese market, and published a weekly newsletter to clarify policy and market news.

I hold ICF Level 1 coaching training, JLPT N1 Japanese certification, and experience in live interpretation, translation and designing wellness and resiliency programs; I prioritize mental health, cross-cultural communication and continuous improvement.
