I’m Aerich Jude Sajulga, passionate about leadership, strategy, and driving results. With a degree in Financial Management from Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan, I have built a strong foundation in business operations and decision-making.

As an Operations Manager at MEF VSS Corp, I oversaw daily operations across a range of projects, from road construction to water system installations. This role demanded strong strategic planning, quick problem-solving, and effective coordination to drive smooth project execution.

Before that, at Tidbits Ph, I took the lead in budgeting, inventory management, and strategic decision-making, all aimed at boosting operational efficiency and performance.
