I’m looking for a role where I can support customers daily, keep schedules accurate, and help optimize processes through clear communication, reliability, and a positive attitude—ideally within a team that values efficiency and continuous improvement.

I’m a knowledgeable, dedicated customer service professional with extensive experience in the customer service industry, and I’m motivated to maintain customer satisfaction while contributing to company success. I’m a solid team player with an outgoing, positive demeanor and proven skills in establishing rapport with clients, with a focus on quality, speed, and process optimization.

In my Junior Scheduler role, I assist in maintaining and updating project schedules, ensuring accuracy and consistency. I manage a high volume of appointments and inquiries, coordinating and maintaining accurate schedules to optimize workflow and productivity, while supporting customer satisfaction. I also strengthen my customer-first mindset as a Server/Hostess—checking in with customers, addressing issues promptly, and resolving complaints positively—and as a Paraprofessional by maintaining a productive environment, resolving minor issues, and escalating complex ones.
