Over 25 years, I've led enterprise IT delivery, digital transformation, and system integration programs for Harris Computer, Tata Consultancy Services, Softtek, Brookfield Renewable, Energisa, and Vale, serving clients across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. My core work: requirements engineering (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), Agile facilitation (Scrum, Kanban), UAT coordination, stakeholder management, and product backlog ownership. I've consistently operated as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, architecture teams, and development groups — especially in remote, multi-timezone environments. Recent highlights: at Harris Computer, I optimized BRD/FRD delivery using AI (Copilot), cutting manual errors and improving requirement accuracy across global stakeholders. At TCS, embedded in American Electric Power's PMO, I translated complex regulatory requirements for Oracle ERP integrations and bridged US business teams with development groups in India and Brazil. Earlier in my career, I co-founded QuickMind Knowledge Management and architected a mission-critical competency assessment platform for Vale's Corporate University — a system that became a benchmark for large-scale corporate learning in Brazil.
