As a Business Analysis Manager, I led a hybrid team across Brazil and India supporting multiple global products. I partnered with Product Managers on roadmap and backlog strategy for regulatory initiatives, including Brazil Tax Reform product changes, while establishing KPIs, OKRs, mentoring, and career development plans.

I designed and implemented an AI-driven Business Analysis framework that standardized user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, test cases, impact analysis, risk assessments, and regulatory research. The framework improved productivity, consistency, and documentation quality across the team.

Earlier, I delivered enterprise implementations, onboarding, customization, and support, translating complex customer and regulatory needs into software solutions. I'm passionate about solving real customer problems, developing high-performing teams, and creating scalable processes that improve delivery quality and business outcomes.
