I am a customer service professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics Technology from Purdue University and hands-on experience supporting callers and managing customer issues.

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative at Radial (remote) from August 2022 to August 2024 and at Group O from July 2025 to September 2025, handling inbound calls, taking detailed notes, and resolving problems.

My core strengths include data entry, problem management, phone etiquette, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases, which I apply to deliver accurate, timely support and maintain customer satisfaction.
