PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst specializing in recruiting and workforce administration workflows.
What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst / HR with 7+ years of experience specializing in Talent Acquisition Management and Workforce Administration (Job Data). I’m known for supporting enterprise HR systems while optimizing recruiting and onboarding workflows through strong process and configuration expertise.
At the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC), I’ve served as a functional expert for PeopleSoft HCM modules including Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) and Workforce Administration (Job Data). I lead and participate in system design, configuration, testing, and implementation, and I translate business requirements into functional specifications, documentation, and successful UAT adoption.
Before that, I worked as a Human Resource Consultant 3 (Senior HR Consultant), providing strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruitment strategies, conflict resolution, and DEI-focused initiatives. I’m especially proud of improving recruiting workflow efficiency through TAM optimization, reducing HR data inconsistencies through auditing and validation, and strengthening compliance and risk mitigation—while actively upskilling in Workday HCM.
