In my most recent role as an Operations & Events Coordinator (Freelance / Project-Based), I’ve coordinated day-to-day operations, logistics, and communications across multiple projects and campaigns, supported executive scheduling and operational follow-through, and coordinated digital communications, social media, and promotional activities.

From Guest Experience & Business Development to booking and client experience work, I’ve served as a primary point of contact for guests and clients, managed reservations and guest requests, supported retreats and private gatherings, and improved workflows to ensure guest-ready environments. I’ve also handled international production logistics and on-site coordination for film, television, and commercial productions.
