Client-focused professional combining creative operations, project coordination, and multilingual communication to deliver outstanding experiences.
What I'm looking for
I’m a client-focused professional with international experience across creative, cultural, hospitality, and community-based environments in South and Central America. I’m known for communication, project coordination, problem-solving, and managing relationships in fast-paced, multicultural settings.
In client-facing roles as a Tour Leader, I coordinated communication between travelers, local communities, and operational teams in remote environments, supporting international clients in English and Spanish. I managed logistical adjustments and resolved operational issues while maintaining positive client experiences.
My background also includes cultural research and storytelling: as a Cultural Analyst, I developed storytelling and museographic content, conducted qualitative research and interviews, and organized documentation and communication materials across interdisciplinary workflows. I bring structured thinking and an enthusiasm for meaningful communication to remote and creative teams, including AI-assisted workflows and collaborative production processes.
