I’m looking for a role where I can own client experience and coordination across creative or cultural projects—especially in remote teams—using structured communication, problem-solving, and clear documentation to keep work moving smoothly.

I’m a client-focused professional with international experience across creative, cultural, hospitality, and community-based environments in South and Central America. I’m known for communication, project coordination, problem-solving, and managing relationships in fast-paced, multicultural settings.

In client-facing roles as a Tour Leader, I coordinated communication between travelers, local communities, and operational teams in remote environments, supporting international clients in English and Spanish. I managed logistical adjustments and resolved operational issues while maintaining positive client experiences.
