At Qualis Lab, I led three Salesforce implementations as the sole Project Manager, applying Scrum with mixed teams of 7 to 10 people. FDI and SAS were delivered within budget, scope, and a three-month timeline.
For AeroCare, I redefined the scope during Discovery, adding Personal Document Management and moving Medical Leave Licenses into a future evolution. A proof of concept using AI on 100 medical certificates was approved by the client, and the project moved into its evolution stage after closing in four months.
I also managed an AI-powered testing application through Release 1.0. It generates happy- and unhappy-path test cases, alternative paths, UX/UI cases, Gherkin scenarios, and test plans.
My earlier work includes managing Prominente S.A.’s QA area with 20 people, consulting on process efficiency for small businesses, and working in testing, functional analysis, support, and quality auditing. I hold PMI-ACP and Scrum Master certifications, and use generative AI to automate reporting and support documentation and training.
