I’m looking for fully remote Technical Support, QA, Customer Success, or Product Support roles.

I’ve delivered remote Tier 1–2 technical support across software, connectivity, and platform issues, resolving incidents and documenting fixes for recurring problems. I start by finding root causes so users get clear troubleshooting guidance and issues are less likely to return.

Alongside support, I’ve shipped web products including ProofWork, an AI-powered talent validation platform built with React, Supabase, and OpenAI, and Adriken AI Marketplace, which integrates the Anthropic API. I’m studying cybersecurity at Northern Arizona University and information technology at JKUAT.
