What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can own product reliability—testing, troubleshooting, and improving the user experience. I want to work cross-functionally, learn continuously, and contribute documentation and customer-focused problem-solving.

I’m a Product Technical Support Engineer and Software Developer with a foundation in Astronomy & Astrophysics. I bring strong technical ability and clear communication to diagnosing issues, improving reliability, and helping users succeed.

In my current role at Prokip Africa, I support product improvement initiatives by analyzing research and user feedback. I diagnose and resolve application issues, reproduce and document defects, and escalate them to the engineering team, then test features after rebuilds and updates to ensure quality.

I also strengthen the product experience through documentation and knowledge sharing, contributing to technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Before this, I led community-focused innovation and engagement as a Software Developer & Event Lead, applying design thinking to improve educational tools and user experiences.

Through freelance work on Upwork, I built user-friendly websites and content platforms while collaborating remotely with clients across time zones. Earlier, as a Competitive Intelligence Extern at Expedia Media Solution, I conducted research and communicated strategic insights, turning data into clear stories—supported by my software training through ALX and my computational skills from the University of Nairobi.
