I investigate production issues such as transaction failures, payment errors, and application slowness using Grafana and Dynatrace, application logs, and SQL-based backend data validation.

I also troubleshoot Linux systems, manage incidents and tickets against SLAs, and coordinate with development, database, infrastructure, and business teams. I support change deployments, post-deployment validation, and RCA inputs for recurring or critical issues.
