I'm looking for an opportunity where I can use computer support, troubleshooting, and customer service skills while continuing to learn digital tools and help improve business efficiency.

I've supported travelers at Mauritius Duty Free Paradise and Concentrix–TravelPerk, resolving customer inquiries, processing travel reservations, and providing real-time live-chat support.
