What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can utilize analytics, research initiatives, material science, outdoor experience or physics to assess risk, model solutions, whether within energy markets or industry, and communicate decisions clearly in a collaborative environment with growth in data-driven strategy.

I’m a physicist and educator turned Portfolio Analyst, where I used to manage portfolios by evaluating load, power generation, and market pricing using R, SQL, and PLEXOS. I focused on operational and financial risk reduction—interpreting technical documents, mapping scenarios to results, and communicating outcomes to different audiences.
I am getting my Single Pitch Instruction certification from the American Mountain Guide Association, to serve as a guide and further my work of creating affinity spaces to bring people outside.

I bring a rigorous, research-driven mindset from my graduate work as a Graduate Research Technician, building mathematical models and expanding material databases using MATLAB, Mathematica, Python, and DFT workflows. I also value people-centered impact: as a Physics Honors Teacher and adjunct instructor, I mentored students for college readiness and designed lab-based learning that builds scientific inquiry. I’m energized by roles where strong analysis and clear communication directly support better decisions as well as involve community upliftment.
