What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a journalism or content role where I can research, write, and edit clear, accurate stories, support editorial quality, and manage social media schedules—while continuing to grow my editorial voice in a collaborative team.

I’m a Journalism master’s student at DCU, with a strong foundation in English literature and writing. My coursework has strengthened my skills across news reporting, feature writing, media law & ethics, and research methods, with my dissertation still pending.

In my role as a Content Writer (Jan 2023–Jun 2025) at Child Help Foundation, I research, write, and edit original articles in simplified language, then proofread and evaluate final copy for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and accuracy. I also manage and create social media schedules and draft captions and content for social media graphics, with published work in The College View.

I bring editorial leadership through roles like Secretary of the DCU Feminist Society and Head of Editorial Department for OLE (2021, 2022). I’m motivated by current affairs and social issues, and I enjoy turning research and narrative into clear, compelling storytelling—backed by tools like MS Word, MS Excel, Canva, and collaboration platforms.
