I’m a dedicated, empathetic customer service professional with 7+ years of experience in client-facing and support roles within a technology company. I’m known for patience, clear communication, and a problem-solving mindset—turning frustrated customers into loyal ones through fast, accurate support.
In my current role as a Product Officer, I serve as a key liaison between customers, the product team, and developers, ensuring user needs are understood and addressed. I monitor product performance and user feedback channels, coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve user-reported issues, and communicate product updates to both internal teams and customers.
