What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer- and business-focused role where I can use analytics, CRM, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement to strengthen customer experience, operational efficiency, and growth.

At Marella Softlabs India, I translated client requirements into digital marketing strategies, workflows, and project deliverables across multiple accounts.

I built Power BI dashboards and KPI reports, analyzed customer and campaign performance, and used Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Automate to improve CRM operations and workflow efficiency.
