What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build strong client relationships, improve customer journeys and retention, and work cross-functionally to resolve issues and deliver value for enterprise customers.

I'm currently a Customer Success Manager at Reachafrika Nigeria (Tranis Group), where I onboard and train enterprise clients on platform features and best practices to accelerate time-to-value.

I develop tailored Customer Success Plans that align product roadmaps with each client's business goals. I also manage escalations as a primary point of contact, coordinating with Support, Product, and Sales to resolve issues within SLA.

Previously at Airtel, I supported more than 100 customer interactions daily, resolving complaints, queries, and product-related issues efficiently. My performance and communication were recognized on multiple occasions.

At Techmahindra Nigeria on the Airtel account, I supported High Net-Worth Individual clients on the Platinum Team. I earned Apogee certification and delivered premium support with a high first-call resolution rate.
