At Trust Image, I lead architecture, engineering, AI, cloud, security, and governance for a 20-person technology organization. I designed a document-processing platform capable of handling up to one million pages per day and modernized its AWS SaaS platform, reducing feature lead time from about two weeks to three days.

Previously, at Ministério Público do Estado do Espírito Santo, I led a 50-person technology department and directed SAP ERP and public-sector enterprise programs spanning requirements, architecture, integrations, vendors, testing, controls, rollout, and organizational change. I also created a Data Office for governed data, analytics, reporting, and executive decision support.

Through AxonBrief, I research and develop enterprise AI systems focused on agent orchestration, evaluation, traceability, human approval, controlled execution, security, and governance.
