What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technology strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud, Industrial IoT, and AI initiatives where I can build scalable platforms, modernize critical operations, and turn technology investments into measurable business outcomes.

I'm a technology executive with 30 years of experience building and scaling enterprise systems, currently serving as Head of Technology at iFollow Tecnologia. My core expertise is architecting industrial IoT, cloud, and AI platforms that hold up under real production load, not just proofs of concept.

The achievement I'm proudest of: I led a full re-architecture of our device connectivity stack, migrating from a third-party provider (Flespi) to a custom-built solution on Emnify, RabbitMQ, and Redis. That project raised device-online accuracy from 65% to 90% and removed a hard scalability ceiling of 15 million devices, opening the platform to scale past 100 million. I also drive our Generative AI and LLM strategy, including Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot adoption across the business.

My stack spans C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Azure, GCP, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Docker, and industrial IoT protocols, combined with Clean Architecture and DDD principles.

I'm looking for my next challenge as a CTO or Head of Technology, ideally where I can own technology strategy end-to-end, not just execution. I'm also open to fractional or contract engagements in the meantime, and comfortable working fully remote across US/international teams.
