I’m a dedicated, detail-oriented Customer Support Professional and ALX-certified Virtual Assistant with over 5 years of experience in administrative coordination and client relations. I’m known for managing complex calendars, streamlining email correspondence, and keeping customer satisfaction consistently high through proactive problem-solving.

In my current role as a Global Customer Support Officer (Agrotop Resource), I provide expert product guidance and resolve complex issues with high efficiency. I deliver timely, professional support via email, maintain meticulous records of orders and follow-ups, and keep files organized through accurate data entry and systematic file management.
