I'm looking to support healthcare, mental health, or behavioral health teams with patient coordination, EHR administration, workflow improvement, and confidential clinical operations.

I support mental health and behavioral health practices with scheduling, EHR management, intake coordination, and confidential patient communication.

At Soleil Therapy & Wellness, I manage scheduling for four therapists in SimplePractice, developed SOPs to streamline workflows, and built an Airtable database for patient records, follow-ups, and intake packet completion. I also designed and launched a client membership program to support retention and practice growth.

At LBee Health, I coordinated mental health appointments in Healthie, supported ADHD and autism assessment workflows, and helped prepare comprehensive diagnostic reports.

As a Registered Nurse, I bring clinical awareness, HIPAA compliance, and patient confidentiality to administrative operations, including billing, prior authorization, documentation, research, and multi-channel communication.
