At Athena Centre for Policy and Leadership, I run the Executive Office of the Chancellor, coordinating calendars, travel, meetings and guest protocol while preparing briefings and governance documents.

I authored the Centre’s first unified outcome delivery framework, with RAG status governance and cross-institutional dependency mapping. I also built the Executive Office Management System across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, automating task assignment and reminders.

Previously, I led the PMO at Translayte, where I designed operational governance for global service delivery and sustained a 92 to 94 percent project success rate. My work also spans programme operations, legal practice and problem-solving curriculum design; I’m a Nigerian Bar-qualified Barrister and Solicitor.
