I’m looking for a role where I can run operations end-to-end—combining compliant grant/program delivery, scalable SOPs, and data/BI tools—to build strong partnerships and measurable impact across regions.

I’m an operations lead and development professional based in Kassel, with over 10 years working directly for German institutions. I thrive at the intersection of operational execution, compliance, and cross-sector partnership-building—turning strategy into systems that teams can scale.

In my recent role, I direct daily operations and coordinate between Ethiopian ministries, private partners, and international donors. I also manage financial compliance and reporting for a $1M sustainable investment pipeline, building SOPs and team tracking frameworks used to scale across 6 regions.

Previously, I managed a €400K BMZ grant portfolio under strict EU financial compliance and audit standards.
