I’m seeking a challenging role in Risk, Fraud, or Financial Crime where I can contribute my analytical and problem-solving skills.

At Razorpay Payment Solutions, I manage chargeback and fraud-related cases, working with banks, merchants, FinOps, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues. I reduced the chargeback status update backlog from approximately 3,000 cases to fewer than 50 through regular follow-ups and process tracking.
