I’m a fraud investigation professional with experience in transaction monitoring and fraud detection at Cognizant Technology Solutions. I focus on identifying suspicious transaction patterns, investigating digital payment fraud, and supporting risk and fraud management policies with accuracy and documentation.

In my role as Process Executive – Transaction Fraud Management, I monitored digital payment transactions to identify potential fraud patterns and suspicious activities. I investigated Google Pay transactions to detect fraudulent activity, money mule accounts, and abnormal behavior.

I reviewed high-value and high-risk transactions to ensure compliance with fraud prevention policies, analyzing alerts and escalating confirmed fraud cases according to internal procedures. I maintained high quality and accuracy while meeting performance targets and service level agreements.

After a planned career break in 2023–2025 to focus on family responsibilities and childcare, I’m actively seeking opportunities to restart my professional career in fraud analysis and transaction monitoring. I bring strong analytical abilities with a continued commitment to financial crime prevention.
