At Principal Financial Group, I owned an internal engineering knowledge base as the sole Technical Content Strategist, rebuilding its information architecture twice as it scaled. I managed a contributor network and extended the MkDocs documentation platform with custom Python.
Previously at Calendly, I worked across three product squads and partnered from design through launch on Calendly Polls. My work connects content strategy, content design, UX writing, and structured-content systems across SaaS and enterprise teams.
Earlier, I led UX design at Pixels for Humans, served as the sole UX writer for the Fly Delta team at AKQA, and worked as an Information Developer at Tealium, where I co-built a zero-budget user research program that grew into a C-level initiative.
With a cognitive science and HCI background from UC San Diego, I bring technical fluency in Python, JavaScript, bash, Docker, Git, and AI/LLM workflows. I build systems—not just documents—and create content that earns engineering trust while helping people use complex products with confidence.
