As a deputy, I supported coaching and other team leaders while managing a sales team of 7-11 agents. My responsibilities included conducting coaching sessions, ensuring team compliance, and hitting targets, all while promoting a positive work environment aligned with Barclays' values.

I was responsible for selling credit cards to small businesses through outbound dialing and inbound customer support. I excelled in relationship management and was recognized as a top performer, achieving over 1000 sales in a year.
