At Paysafe, Iām leading the move of merchant channel design from manual processes to an AI-assisted model. I deliver the work of a former five-person design team on my own and built AI pipelines for help articles, release notes, developer guides, and user manuals.
I redesigned the Paysafe Business Experience SMB portal and mobile app end to end, and launched a Partner Community portal integrated with Salesforce. I also automated production-ready UI components in React, HTML/CSS, and Salesforce LWR.
At Global Payments Inc., I managed a team of 12 on a cloud POS platform for retail and restaurants. I adapted the product for launches in seven named markets and delivered fiscal compliance for Quebec, Germany, and Austria.
