What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time role where I own client communication and back-office operations—running email campaigns, coordinating approvals, and keeping workflows organized in a fast-paced remote or relocation-friendly environment.

I’m an operations-oriented BSc Computer Science graduate, comfortable running digital client workflows independently across time zones. I served as the primary point of contact for 3–4 coaching/consulting clients, coordinating briefs, feedback rounds, delivery timelines, and structured campaign records with no supervisory oversight.

I execute end-to-end email marketing operations using Beehive and Kit (ConvertKit)—handling copy, client review cycles, scheduling, and broadcast delivery. I also bring analytical depth from my Master’s in Data Science coursework and hands-on project discipline from my software capstone, including testing, defect documentation, and issue tracking with Jira and Confluence.
