What I'm looking for

I am looking for a dynamic role that allows me to leverage my customer service skills while exploring opportunities in graphic design and event organization.

I'm a motivated individual with a strong background in customer service and teamwork. Currently, I work as a Front of House Team Member at ZaxxFood, where I manage dine-in and online orders, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. My role involves operating POS systems, resolving complaints, and training new staff, which has honed my leadership and problem-solving skills.

Previously, I gained valuable experience as a Barista Trainee and FOH Team Member at K ophi, where I mastered coffee grinding techniques and managed till operations during busy hours. My time at Bake Street Cafe further developed my ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

In addition to my work experience, I have a solid educational background with A-Levels in Graphic Design, Business Studies, and History.
