At Thnks, I managed a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact, building trusted stakeholder relationships and delivering a responsive client experience.

I presented open rates, response rates, and platform usage trends directly to clients, helping them understand performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes. I also monitored account health, proactively re-engaged declining accounts, and flagged anomalous usage patterns before issues escalated.

I led live onboarding webinars for new client groups every two to three weeks and coordinated with sales, account management, and internal teams to resolve issues and follow through on action items.

Most recently, I've supported students, families, and school staff in a fast-paced bilingual environment in Madrid, planning lessons, tracking progress, and coordinating program logistics. I'm drawn to mission-driven organizations that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
