I’m looking for an IT support role where I can troubleshoot connectivity issues, assist users, and grow in networking and cybersecurity—contributing to reliable service delivery with continuous learning.

I’m an Information Technology graduate with hands-on experience from my attachment in technical support and telecommunications. I enjoy solving technical problems, learning new technologies, and finding better ways to improve systems.

In my Technical Support and Field Operations Intern role, I diagnosed and resolved internet connectivity and networking issues, installed and configured routers and home internet systems, and supported users with hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting. I also escalated complex issues, collaborated with technical teams to reduce downtime, and maintained accurate technical documentation and support tracking.
