I used ITIL processes to categorize, log, and escalate incidents, and I strengthened my prioritization and resolution approach by diagnosing and resolving a complex network outage issue across multiple client tickets.

I also build confidence through structured technical learning—studying cybersecurity fundamentals, networking fundamentals, operating systems, and Python programming through BYU-Pathway Worldwide.
