What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in human resources or people operations, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, and diverse teams in a collaborative workplace.

At Cedar Point, I support recruitment, onboarding, new-hire orientations, employment documentation, and employee experience for domestic and international seasonal employees, including J-1 and H-2B employees.

I use iCIMS and Dayforce to support HR processes, employee information, and candidate communication in a high-volume environment. I collaborate with employees and internal teams to help create a smooth, positive experience.

With a psychology degree and a master’s degree in Human Resources in progress, I bring cross-cultural communication, conflict resolution, confidentiality, and employee support experience from both HR and education settings.
