What I'm looking for

I am looking for a remote role with a team that values clear communication, trust, and collaboration. I thrive when expectations are defined, autonomy is respected, and there’s a strong sense of connection and purpose, even from a distance.

I’m a people-focused professional with 17 years of experience at Disneyland Resort and more recent roles leading HR, training, and operations at destination wellness resorts. At Disney, some of my favorite years were spent on the Theme Park Operations Help Desk—essentially serving as the executive assistant for the 10 park leaders across Disneyland and California Adventure. I thrived in the fast-paced, high-stakes environment, anticipating needs, coordinating logistics, and being the calm in the chaos from open to close.

Since then, I’ve led large-scale onboarding efforts (150+ new hires in 30 days), built leadership development programs from scratch, and created internal comms that improved engagement and retention. I’m passionate about empowering others through structure, clarity, and support—and I bring a thoughtful, joyful approach to every task, from calendar management to culture strategy.

Outside of work, I’m a photographer, a lover of dad jokes, and someone who finds deep fulfillment in helping others do their best work—whether that’s through people ops or being the right hand to visionary leaders.
