What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in logistics planning where I can own freight movement execution, coordinate stakeholders across dispatch and drivers, and improve customer experience through proactive communication and process improvement.

I’m a results-driven logistics and business operations professional with nearly 2 years of experience in US Freight and Over-the- Road (OTR) transportation. I focus on planning, dispatch support, and operational coordination to keep shipments moving reliably.

In my current role in Planning Operations – US Freight, I plan freight movements, optimize routes and loads, and coordinate across dispatch, drivers, brokers, and internal teams. I monitor shipments, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely deliveries through proactive communication.

I was promoted to Planning Operations after demonstrating strong operational execution, problem-solving, and stakeholder management. I’ve consistently worked to improve customer satisfaction by aligning service expectations with real-time operational progress.

Before that, I supported customers and national freight accounts as a Customer Service Representative—handling shipment updates and customer queries while coordinating with operations teams. Earlier, as an OTR Dispatcher, I coordinated daily dispatch operations by assigning loads, tracking shipments, and communicating with drivers and customers to support efficient logistics operations.
