I’m looking for a BI/analytics role where I can own strategy-linked dashboards, PMS & incentive planning, and automated MIS reporting—turning complex data into clear decisions for leadership while continuously improving productivity and governance.

I’m a data-driven strategy and business intelligence professional with 8+ years of experience spanning zone-level analytics, PMS design, incentive planning, P&L governance, and workflow automation. I started as a Zone Support Analyst handling data and presentations for the North region, then grew into a central PMS role covering incentive structures, target planning, productivity governance, and CXO-level dashboards.

At Renewbuy, I own end-to-end PMS architecture across all sales channels—from KPI design and goal-setting to appraisal cycles—and design multi-layered incentive constructs with cost discipline and zero leakage.
