Coached the team on boolean search and reference checks, and performed full-cycle recruiting for multiple enterprise and staffing accounts.

Drove nursing recruitment and scheduling for London Central and North-West hospital clients while reactivating 64 archived nurses during the post-IR35 period to sustain revenue and referrals. Earned a Shining Star award for generating the highest sales revenue in 2016–17, including 1900 booking hours per week and database growth for Imperial College Trust.

Led a team of 15 FTE for collections and complaint registration related to Harvard collection services, setting targets and tracking daily/weekly/monthly performance.
